Westgate Shopping Centre provides the perfect platform to promote your products or services to new and existing shoppers. We provide 21 exhibition spaces at affordable rates.

EXHIBITION BOOKING PROCESS

• Request a copy of the rate card
• A full written proposal with visuals and proposed dates
• Proposal to be approved by Centre Management
• Once proposal is approved, the Exhibition Manager will forward a contract to be completed and signed. This document includes the house rules and regulations that all exhibitors must adhere to.
• Signed contract together with FICA documents and proof of Public Liability to be returned to the Exhibitions Manager
• Invoice to be issues and proof of payment to be sent to 011 768 0616.
• Payment must be made seven (7) days prior to the exhibition
• Booking is confirmed once payment is received

SETUP AND BREAKDOWN
Set up May commence Monday evening after 18:00pm and needs to be completed and ready by Tuesday morning before 8:30am
